Global Induction Programme
Employees encounter their first development experience right from the word go with our Global Induction programme. Apart from a pre-start welcome call from the employee's future line manager, new hires receive a thorough introduction to Aviva Investors in our monthly induction session, and will have a dedicated induction buddy assigned - an experienced colleague to whom to turn to with questions. The Global Induction Programme provides a support structure for the employees first 90 days with us.
Access to classroom training
We provide you with access to a range of in-house classroom trainings on topics ranging from Investment Management and IT skills to Interpersonal skills and Leadership Development. Most courses are delivered by top rated external consultants, others topics are taught in Lunch & Learn seminars by experienced managers or the L&D team.
