Joined the investment industry in 2004.
Nigel has executive responsibility for all people issues including recruitment, learning and development, talent management, compensation and benefits, HR business partnering, employee relations, HR systems and MIS.
Nigel joined the firm in September 2008 from Credit Suisse where he was most recently EMEA head of employee relations, new business, and operational HR Director. Before that he worked at BT Global Services where was HR Vice President responsible for resourcing, systems, employee relations and projects office; and had previously been global operational HR and ER Director for BT Syntegra.
Nigel's career includes a previous stint with the Aviva Group as head of employee relations for CGU and Norwich Union, and a variety of public sector positions including as a senior conciliator for ACAS and management posts in the dept of employment.
He holds a BA degree in Soviet politics and a Masters degree in Industrial Relations.
