Main responsibilities:

Veronique will be the architect of Aviva Investors’ IT processes and systems, including client experience, channel management, process design and IT strategy. She will be responsible for optimising the use of information technology to achieve Aviva Investors’ business strategy as the company integrates, while maintaining its focus on customer service.

Experience & qualifications:

Veronique joined Aviva Investors on 15 September 2008

She was previously at Electronic Data Systems Corp. (EDS) where she was vice-president of applications services in France and prior to this vice-president energy and utilities for the UK and EMEA division.

She has more than 15 years experience in chief technology officer and systems director roles, working with global companies, including EDS, Centrica plc, Prudential plc and Mars Inc. Before joining EDS, she worked as the chief information officer of British Gas’ residential business. She previously held several roles with Novar plc, including as group director for information systems procurement and logistics.

Veronique holds a Master in Nuclear Physics at Paris University and Ingénieur from Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées (part of the French Grandes Ecoles).
