Main responsibilities
Toni is responsible for origination, structuring and execution of new infrastructure debt transactions. Transactions are sourced and assessed against the investment strategies of our clients and structured accordingly.
Experience and qualifications
Prior to joining Aviva Investors Toni worked within the Aviva Group. Always involved in finance/debt she started her career in various roles within the real estate finance business and more recently was Head of Origination for Real Estate Finance and Head of Business Management for Alternative Income Solutions. In particular she set up the PFI Lending team (social infrastructure) within Aviva, building the business into a significant portfolio.
