Alistair is Head of Equities, managing our team of global equity PMs and analysts. He is also a member of our global tech research hub responsible for generating ideas for our global portfolios.
Experience and qualifications
Alistair joined AI as head of Global Emerging Market Equities and managed our GEM Unconstrained Equity strategy. He was formerly Head of Asia and Global Emerging Market Equities at Standard Life Investments (SLI), and a portfolio manager on a number of funds. He joined SLI from Baillie Gifford in 2007 and has 28 years’ experience in the investment industry.
Alistair has a 1st class economics degree from Cambridge University.
