Luke Baker

Luke is co-fund manager of the Aviva Investors Pension Limited Property Fund, alongside David Diemer.

Prior to assuming his current role, Luke was the fund manager for the Igloo Regeneration Fund. Before joining as Head of Investment Risk for Real Estate at Aviva Investors, he worked at Grosvenor Fund Management for nine years where he was involved in investment, strategy, analysis and investor relations across its UK funds. Luke has been involved with the execution of £1.5bn of successful real estate transactions across the UK office, retail and residential sectors and the launch of three institutional investment vehicles. He began his career at IPD and was responsible for setting up its residential index. Luke holds a BA (Hons) in Business Economics and an MSc in Finance and Investment from the University of York. He sits on the Association of Real Estate Funds Indices Committee and is a member of both the Investment Property Forum and the European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles. Luke holds an MSc in Finance and Investment from the University of York and a BA (Hons) in Business Economics.
