Aviva Investors partnered with The B1M, the world’s most subscribed to video channel for construction, to bring you the story of Manchester’s reinvention to become a dominant creative hub.

Around £3.5 billion has recently been invested into the city’s media and digital industries, including the development of an entire new global creative cluster, Enterprise City. The evolution of this district will see state-of-the-art new structures rise alongside rehabilitated heritage buildings, including the former Granada Studios - an iconic TV set that was once home to the world’s longest-running serial TV drama, Coronation Street.

The scheme was conceived and led by Allied London, with long-term funding and ownership of the first commercial buildings provided by Aviva Investors.
