(London) – Aviva Investors, the global asset management business of Aviva plc, and developer Brookgate, have secured three new lettings to complete the leasing of the office space at 50/60 Station Road, the latest office building, which is now complete, on the CB1 Estate development around Cambridge Station.
Developed by Brookgate and funded by Aviva Investors, 50/60 Station Road is designed by award-winning architect, Grimshaw, and offers a total of 156,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, making it one of the largest office buildings in Cambridge.

The nine-storey building will house leading businesses in the tech and professional services sectors, including Amazon, Samsung and global law practice Eversheds Sutherland.
The final lettings, totalling c.15,000 sq ft, have been agreed with Brewin Dolphin, the private wealth manager, which has taken 5,900 sq ft; Genomics, the genome research specialist, which will occupy 4,200 sq ft; and investment manager Cantab Asset Management, which has let 4,700 sq ft
WeWork will also open across three floors, having entered into a lease and revenue share agreement, its first outside of London within the UK & Ireland, with Aviva Investors in May.
Having attracted a number of blue-chip companies, 50/60 Station Road will support the growth of CB1 as Cambridge’s central business district in addition to the wider local economy. The building also houses 5,000 sq ft of retail space bringing new amenities to the area, including F45, a fitness studio offering 45 minute high-intensity, circuit training classes and Tawa Kitchen, which offers a modern, urban approach to authentic Indian cuisine.

Additional occupiers at 50/60 Station Road include Centrica Connected Homes, financial consulting firm, Charles River Associates, and engineering consultancy Peter Brett Associates, which will occupy the third floor.
Costello Medical will take the fourth floor, while the fifth floor will host Eversheds, alongside Cantab Asset Management and Genomics. Amazon will occupy the entire space on the sixth floor, Samsung the seventh, and Brewin Dolphin the eighth floor.
