Aviva Investors completes refurbishment of Ealing Gateway in West London

(London) – Aviva Investors, the global asset management business of Aviva plc (‘Aviva’), announces the completion of a major refurbishment project at Ealing Gateway, West London, improving the facilities on offer to occupiers.

The works follow Aviva Investors’ acquisition of the 84,000 sq ft office building in 2017 and include a fully remodelled reception area alongside breakout areas which encourage collaborative working. Further improvements have been made through the creation of additional occupier amenities, including dedicated changing and shower facilities and secure storage for up to 80 bicycles, all of which are aimed at encouraging and accommodating more sustainable modes of transport.

Upgrades have also been made to the Building Management System as Aviva Investors continues to reduce the carbon intensity of existing buildings within its £47 billion Real Assets portfolio as part of a commitment to reaching net zero by 2040, with four new energy-efficient lifts installed to improve the management and control of energy systems across the building, as well as its ongoing energy requirements and usage.

Spread over ground and six upper floors, Ealing Gateway is one of Ealing’s biggest office buildings, situated close to a host of retail and leisure facilities. It also benefits from excellent transport links, including national rail services direct into Paddington, as well as London Underground lines to central London and Heathrow, with the addition of the Elizabeth Line increasing connectivity further still.
