Joined real estate industry in 1978
Ian has overall responsibility for the investment performance and management of the global real estate teams.
Ian joined Norwich Union in 1980 and became head of Morley’s property business in July 2000. He is an active industry participant, holding membership in the both Policy Committee and General Council of the British Property Federation (BPF) as well as sitting on the Board of the Investment Property Forum (IPF). Ian has also been Chairman of the IPF.
Ian graduated with an Honours degree in Urban Land Economics in 1977 and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
