Nathan is a member of the Aviva Investors Executive Committee and is responsible for delivering our people agenda to drive business performance and growth at Aviva Investors.
Experience and qualifications
Nathan joined Aviva in 2014, where he has led the People agenda in various parts of the Group including the UK Corporate Business, Group Functions and leading the UK Learning function.
A strategic and commercially focused leader, Nathan has a wealth of experience gained from different sectors, in leading and delivering people strategies. Previous organisations include Aviva, Barclays and Arcadia Group.
