Andrea Perales Padron

Andrea is the ESG specialist for consumer at Aviva Investors. She is responsible for the research and analysis of consumer names’ ESG performance, covering a wide range of topics such as deforestation, plastics, human rights in supply chains, water risks, and the decarbonization of the auto sector. She leads individual and collective engagements with consumer companies to explore ESG risks and opportunities and ensure alignment with Aviva’s key thematic issues.

Andrea is also the ESG partner for the high yield credit desk, where she assists with developing and implementing ESG integration and monitoring outcomes. 

Andrea previously worked at the sustainability consulting firms KKS Advisors, ICF Consulting, and at Ceres, the non-profit leading corporate and investor cooperation on climate and nature. She has also worked at the Council of the European Union, and the European Savings and Retail Banking Group.

She holds a Master’s in International Business from the Fletcher School at Tufts University.
