Biography
Main responsibilities
Sima leads the High Yield strategies within the Real Estate Debt team, overseeing both origination activity and platform development.
Experience and qualifications
Sima brings over 25 years of experience from her career across several European investment banks.
She holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Warwick, an MSc in Management Science and Operational Research from Warwick Business School, and an MSc in Real Estate Investment from Bayes Business School.
In addition, she has completed executive education programmes at London Business School in Innovation & Design Thinking and in Sustainability Leadership & Corporate Responsibility.
