Main responsibilities
Penny is responsible for managing our Client Service Team ensuring the delivery of first class client servicing across the full range of Aviva Investors asset classes. Penny is regularly involved with key projects covering corporate actions and regulatory change and works closely with our Financial Crime and Compliance teams for the purposes of Distributor Oversight.
Experience and qualifications
Upon joining Aviva Investors (Norwich Union) in 2005 Penny set up and managed the UK Wholesale Channel Relationship Management Team covering the distribution of the both the UK and SICAV Fund ranges, Penny took over the management of European Wholesale Client Service Team in 2015 before moving to her current role in September 2019.
Prior to joining Aviva Investors, Penny has worked at Threadneedle as a Channel Support Consultant; Sarasin Investment Management as a Sales Support Manager and JP Morgan Fundshub as a Client Relationship Manager.
Penny holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
