Carina Watney

Carina is responsible for the development and launch of public markets strategies, with a focus on tokenisation and digitally enabled fund access. 

Carina was previously Head of Product and Data Management at EFG Asset Management, where she led a global team across product, data and RFP functions. She delivered complex cross-border initiatives spanning public and private markets, including fund launches, mergers, service provider transitions and regulatory programmes, working closely with board- and committee-level stakeholders to support strategic priorities.

Prior to this, she held roles at Fidelity International and F&C.

Carina holds an MA (Hons) from the University of Oxford, a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP University, and the Investment Management Certificate (IMC). She is a CFA charterholder and speaks fluent French.
