Hufsah Sajid

After developing a broad multi-asset perspective across private markets, Hufsah now focuses on UK real estate research and market intelligence. She supports investment decision-making through thematic and sector analysis, leads house view development, and collaborates across teams to deliver high-quality, actionable insights.

Alongside her core role, Hufsah is actively involved in volunteering initiatives, supporting community engagement and inclusivity programmes within and beyond Aviva Investors. She is passionate about driving positive social impact alongside her professional responsibilities.

Prior to joining Aviva Investors, Hufsah was a Research Assistant in the Policy, Strategy and Implementation Division at the Bank of England and held media and marketing roles at MediaCom.

She has also worked across multiple Civil Service roles, gaining experience across a range of organisations and exposure to financial services, as well as various commercial and non-profit industries.
