Main responsibilities

Ama provides the commercial link between our equities and fixed income investment teams, our product specific ESG capabilities, our client teams, and external clients. Ama promotes and drives the messaging of Aviva Investors’ active equities and fixed income investment philosophies and processes and articulates how that is applied into portfolios in terms of positioning, performance and outlook.

Experience and qualifications

Ama joined Aviva in 2021 on the Global Graduate Leadership Programme, completing rotations in Risk, Client Relationship Management and Aviva’s Capital Partners; supporting investments in real estate and infrastructure projects across the UK. Ama joined Aviva Investors in 2023 as an Equity Investment Specialist supporting the commercialisation of our Sustainable Equities Franchise before transitioning into her current role as an Equities and Fixed Income Investment Specialist.
Ama holds a BA in Economics (Specialising in Finance) from the University of Manchester.
