Mitesh was appointed as CEO of Redington in May 2016 and is due to step down from the role at the end of 2021. Under his leadership Redington has grown from a founder-led start-up to a management-led, private equity backed business advising over £600 billion in assets. Earlier this year Redington aligned its default client investment advice to the goals of the Paris Agreement, having already offset its own historical carbon emissions. Mitesh has been recognised for creating one of the industry’s most open, innovative and inclusive workplace cultures and for putting diversity at the top of the agenda. Redington was one of the first companies in financial services to close its Gender Pay Gap in 2019. He and the company has one of the highest Glassdoor scores as rated by employees.
