James is an Investment Manager based in London, managing investment activity in Germany and Spain.
Experience and qualifications
He joined the Paris office of Aviva Investors after moving from abrdn in Amsterdam where he was European Deputy Fund Manager, working on their logistics property income trust, balanced core plus fund and value add office fund. Prior to abrdn, James was responsible for asset management and transactions in the Netherlands and Sweden at Standard Life Investments based in Paris.
He holds a BSc in Biology from The University of Nottingham and an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
