Claire became Chief People Officer in Q2 2026 and is a member of the Aviva Investors Executive Committee. Claire is responsible for delivering the Aviva Investors people strategy to drive business performance.
Experience and qualifications
Claire is an experienced people professional with a proven track record of shaping and delivering strategic people agendas across complex, diverse P&Ls and corporate functions.
Prior to joining Aviva investors, Claire partnered Aviva’s Wealth business and its subsidiaries, leading large-scale organisational transformation, accelerating growth, and strengthening culture at scale.
Claire has extensive strategic partnering experience and a background in Reward. She holds a first-class honours degree in Psychology, a postgraduate diploma in HR Management, and is a Trustee of Aviva’s Private Medical Benefit scheme.
