Nick Fisher

Nick leads the private debt research capabilities within the Private Markets Strategy & Research team at Aviva Investors.

He is responsible for managing the private debt house view and outlook, conducting thematic and fundamental research, maintaining proprietary models, and driving thought leadership across private debt as well as broader private markets. He also contributes to fund strategy and the development of new investment products.  

Prior to joining Aviva Investors, Nick worked at Legal & General with positions in the Real Assets Research & Strategy team and the Real Estate Long Income Fund Management team. Prior to this, he worked at Mercer in the Financial Strategy Group which provided investment advice to large pension schemes and corporate sponsors.
 
Nick is a CFA Charterholder and holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Warwick and a BSc in Economics (First Class) from the University of York.
