Biography
Main responsibilities
Heather is Head of the EMEA Institutional Client Relationship Management team at Aviva Investors. She is responsible for leading the team that manages and develops relationships with institutional clients across the EMEA region, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service and strategic partnership.
Experience and qualifications
Heather brings extensive experience in institutional client management and investment consulting. She previously served as a Trustee Director for the Aviva Staff Pension Scheme, a large hybrid Defined Benefit (DB) and DC pension scheme.
Before joining Aviva Investors, Heather was part of the UK institutional team at Pictet Asset Management for three years. Prior to that, she spent over two decades at Lane Clark & Peacock LLP, where she rose to become a Partner in the Investment Practice. In that role, she advised DB and DC pension scheme clients on a wide range of investment matters, including strategic asset allocation and manager selection.
Heather holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of York.
