Our approach
Our detailed knowledge and understanding of target locations allows us to specialise in selected sectors and markets. Value is created for investors through active management, property upgrades, or by changing land use and tenant mix. Investing with conviction and discipline, we aim to find value in the places where people want to live, work, play and learn and we focus on long-term themes and structural changes.
Available in a variety of mandate structures, our solutions cover the entire risk spectrum, helping us meet client needs. We provide broad market exposure with core income strategies, and niche or thematic investments through more value-add strategies. In addition, riskier strategies are available that aim to take advantage of the inherently inefficient and cyclical nature of property markets and enhance returns through active management.
