Main responsibilities

Abby is a Climate Stewardship Analyst in Aviva Investors’ Public Markets ESG Team. She co-leads the firm’s Climate Stewardship strategy, which includes proxy voting and engagement activities. Abby derives investment-relevant insights through conducting detailed company analysis and supports the delivery of Aviva Investors' holistic stewardship approach through bilateral, value chain engagements, and collaborative engagement.

Experience and qualifications

Previously, Abby worked at the FAIRR Initiative, where she was responsible for engaging with companies in the animal pharmaceutical, retail, and food manufacturing sectors to promote the transition towards more sustainable and health-conscious practices.

Abby holds a BSc in Geography with International Study from the University of Manchester, an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London, and the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
