Tim Russell

Tim is the Fund Manager for REALTAF. He is based in Aviva Investors’ London office and has direct responsibility for REALTAF’s investment strategy and performance.  

Tim has over 20 years’ experience in various positions in the real estate sector, having worked in investment, fund management, and asset management for institutional and private equity investors. Prior to joining Aviva Investors, Tim was a Director at Global Gate Capital where he established the London office and managed the UK real estate strategy. Prior to this he worked at Legal & General Investment Management as a fund manager investing directly and indirectly across all UK real estate asset classes.

Tim holds a BSc (Hons) in Land Management from the University of Reading. He is also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Investment Property Forum where he sits on the Future Leaders committee.
