Main responsibilities

Seán is responsible for transactional activity across the UK real estate business. He leads an experienced team who are responsible for origination of investment opportunities, leading the deal underwriting, transaction structuring, implementation of debt and execution. Seán also takes an active role in divestment and capital investment initiatives across the portfolio, assessing risk and return metrics and plays a key role in the sourcing and establishment of real estate platform partnerships.

Experience and qualifications

Seán has many years experience in UK commercial real estate, having been a valuer at Knight Frank and an assistant fund manager at Lend Lease, before focusing on investment at LandSec in 2013. He has executed in excess of £5bn of transactions across all sectors and has established two real estate platforms.

Seán holds an MSc in Real Estate and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
