Main responsibilities

Sid is responsible for Aviva Investors’ Global Buy-and-Maintain team within our Fixed Income function, delivering tailored client outcomes through portfolio construction, an active investment approach, and ESG integration. He is also responsible for a variety of large, complex and sophisticated portfolios for key clients.

Experience and qualifications

Sid began his career at ICICI Bank in India managing retail liability assets. Post his move to Germany, he started working for Deutsche Asset Management, managing portfolios of global loans for CLO vehicles, then as a portfolio manager of pension assets consisting of global investment grade bonds but also including high yield. Prior to joining Aviva Investors, Sid managed global buy-and-maintain mandates for DWS in London.

Sid holds an MSc. Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, Germany and an MBA Finance from Tezpur University, India.
