Isabel Emo Capodilista

Isabel is responsible for the strategic direction of our Manager Research business, Model Portfolio Services expansion and Private Markets Investment Framework. As part of her role, Isabel is a member of the Multi-Asset Senior Leadership Team. 

Isabel has held several senior positions at Aviva Investors, including both Head of Equities and Chief of Staff to the Chief Investment Officer. She has also held the role of Head of Manager Research, where she was responsible for fund research, selection and due diligence and the integration of environmental, social and governance factors into the research process.

Prior to joining Aviva Investors, Isabel worked at Standard Life Investments, where she played a central role in the development of their multi-manager proposition in 2010 and the establishment of Standard Life Wealth before that in 2008. Previously, she has worked at ABN Amro Private Bank and at a specialist SRI boutique.

Isabel holds an MSc (Distinction) from the London School of Economics and a BSc (Hons) from Durham University. She also holds the IMC and is a CAIA charterholder.
