Main responsibilities
Joe is an analyst within the Real Estate Finance Team originating, underwriting and negotiating new loans in the Commercial Real Estate sector. Joseph’s responsibilities include the origination, analysis and underwriting of a portfolio of commercial mortgage loans. He is also a member of the Association of Property Lenders.
Experience and qualifications
Joseph joined Aviva Investors after graduating with a degree in Economics from the University of East Anglia. He has recently completed the Investment Property Forum certificate from the University of Cambridge Institute of Continuing Education, sponsored by the IPF.
