Biography
Main responsibilities
Nick is responsible for the sourcing and execution of new investments, as well as managing existing exposures within the Private Corporate Debt business. His key responsibilities centre upon fundamental credit analysis, internal rating and debt structuring across a range of corporate sectors.
Experience and qualifications
Prior to joining Aviva Investors, Nick worked for the Royal Bank of Scotland, where he held credit and transaction execution roles that covered corporate lending, mainly with a focus on leveraged finance. This included a personal delegated authority for approving debt investments.
Nick holds a Bsc (Hons) in Banking & Finance, and is also FCA qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
