Biography
Main responsibilities
Carl is the Deputy Fund Manager on the Aviva Investors REaLM Ground Rent Fund and is responsible for assisting in the management of the existing portfolio of ~45,500 residential assets across ~1700 developments and 28 commercial ground rent assets. His role also includes working alongside other members of the Real Estate Long Income team to manage the acquisition and onboarding of investments together with ongoing management and performance reporting.
Experience and qualifications
Carl has specialised in the residential investment sector since 2006 and his experience covers residential and student accommodation fund and asset management in the UK and Europe. Prior to joining Aviva Investors, Carl held executive director roles in two private residential and student housing fund and asset management businesses.
He holds a BSc (Hons) in Valuation & Estate Management from University of the West of England and a MBA from University of Westminster.
