Main responsibilities

Rohit is an Associate in the UK Real Estate Transactions team within Private Markets. He is part of an experienced team responsible for the origination of new investment opportunities, deal underwriting, transaction structuring, implementation of debt and transaction execution. Rohit also focuses on divestment and capital raising initiatives, as well as maintaining key strategic investment relationships for the Real Estate business.

Experience and qualifications

Rohit joined Aviva Investors as an Analyst in September 2021, holding a First-Class BA (Hons) in Management & Spanish from King’s College London. He is currently working towards the Investment Management Certificate (IMC), and is an active member of AREF, BPF and SPR.
