Biography

Main responsibilities

Rohit is an Associate in the UK Real Estate Transactions team within Real Assets. He is part of an experienced team responsible for the origination of new investment opportunities, deal underwriting, transaction structuring, implementation of debt and transaction execution. Rohit also focuses on divestment and capital raising initiatives, as well as maintaining key strategic investment relationships for the Real Estate business.

Experience and qualifications

He originally joined Aviva Investors as a Spring intern in 2019, returning again as an intern in the Infrastructure Equity team in 2020, before becoming an Analyst in September 2021.

Rohit holds a First-Class BA (Hons) in Management & Spanish from King’s College London. He is currently working towards the Investment Management Certificate (IMC), and is an active member of AREF, BPF and SPR.
