Biography
Main responsibilities
Sunil leads the teams responsible for designing and managing diversified, long-only multi-asset strategies for both retail and institutional clients. He is also a member of the Public Markets Senior Leadership Team.
Experience and qualifications
Prior to joining Aviva Investors, Sunil held senior roles across the investment industry. He was a Senior Multi-Asset Portfolio Manager at Santander Asset Management, Head of Global Asset Allocation at Hermes Investment Management, and Head of Market Strategy at the British Telecom Pension Scheme. Earlier in his career, he spent a decade at BlackRock Investment Management in various positions spanning portfolio management, research, and strategy.
Sunil holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Economics from Birkbeck College, University of London and a Master of Arts (MA) in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Balliol College, University of Oxford. He is also a CFA charterholder.
