Main responsibilities

Adrian is an originator within the Real Estate Debt team and is responsible for sourcing, structuring and negotiating new senior loans in the Commercial Real Estate sector.

Experience and qualifications

Adrian’s real estate lending career has spanned nearly four decades gaining experience across a variety of roles within Aviva including loan servicing, recoveries, risk analysis and origination. He enjoys strong connections across the industry and is an active member of the Association of Property Lenders where he spent seven years on the Board most recently as Vice President.
