George Fraser-Harding

George works as Fund Manager focussed on pan-european third party accounts. Based in Aviva Investors’ Paris office, he has direct responsibility for undertaking acquisitions and disposals across the portfolio in conjunction with the Portfolio Manager and leads on the asset management and investment strategy. 

George has nine years’ experience in various positions in the real estate sector, having worked in investment, asset management and fund management across the UK and continental Europe. Most recently, George was a European Portfolio Manager at Exeter Property Group based in Amsterdam where he implemented a real estate strategy across Europe. Prior to this he worked at Standard Life Investments and was responsible for acquisition, development, asset management and disposals across all asset types, before becoming Fund Manager at Aberdeen Standard Investments. George holds a BSc in Classical and Ancient Studies and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading. He is also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
