Main responsibilities
Hayley Randall is responsible for driving growth and leading distribution in the UK IFA channel at Aviva Investors, which consists of developing relationships with strategic partners, as well as coverage across regional key accounts.
Experience and qualifications
She joined Aviva from HSBC Asset Management bringing 20 years of financial services experience. She spent the last 16 and a half years at HSBC where she held key roles including Group Relationship Manager in HSBC Asset Management and previously Head of Wealth and Premier at HSBC Wealth and Private Banking.
As a Chartered Financial Planner, Hayley combines extensive technical expertise with deep industry knowledge, making her well-equipped to support clients and contribute to the firm’s strategic growth initiatives.
