Biography
Main responsibilities
Markus is responsible for the overall business development for wholesale clients in Germany and for the institutional and wholesale business in Austria. He coordinates part of the business development in the Nordics as well. Markus is based in Frankfurt. His clients include banks, fund-of-funds, pension schemes, insurances, Sparkassen and wealth managers.
Experience and qualifications
Prior to joining Aviva Investors, Markus holds similar positions at Natixis Investment Management, UBS Global Asset Management and Goldman Sachs. He has over 24 years of experience in the financial industry. Markus holds a Master of Science (MSc) in International Business Administration from University of Vienna.
