Serena Burton

Serena is responsible for strategic partners within the UK Retail team, focusing on building long-term relationships with national and network advice firms. She also co-leads engagement with rating agencies and key service providers. 

Serena joined Aviva Investors from Vanguard, where she spent 13 years in a range of roles. Her experience includes serving as Chief of Staff on Vanguard’s Personal Investor Platform and as a Senior Investment Analyst within the Investment Management Group. More recently, she spent six years working closely with UK advice firms, supporting the development of their investment propositions.

Serena holds a First-Class Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Leeds, the CFA Diploma in Investment Management (ESG), and the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
