Main responsibilities
Renarta became Chief People Officer in November 2024 and is a member of the Aviva Investors Executive Committee. Renarta is responsible for delivering the Aviva Investors people strategy to drive business performance.
Experience and qualifications
Renarta is an experienced people professional with a proven track record of partnering across business areas, including C-suite and board members. She brings technical depth across a breadth of HR disciplines, such as leadership development, recruitment, employee relations and reward. While her career has been predominately in Financial Services, working for Citi, Credit Suisse and Eversholt Rail, she also brings valuable experiences from the manufacturing sector. She holds a BA Honours in Business Studies from Nottingham Trent University alongside a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management. She has held various Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) positions in higher education and is currently part of the Manchester University Student Union Board.
