Jill è membro del Comitato esecutivo di Aviva Investors ed è responsabile dell’offerta di soluzioni per la clientela globale, coprendo tutti i canali. Dirige i team responsabili della distribuzione di Aviva Client, Institutional e Wealth nel Regno Unito, in Europa, Asia e Nord America. Jill supervisiona inoltre i team Client Experience, Strategy and Planning e Investment and Client Communications.
Esperienza e qualifiche
Prima di entrare in Aviva Investors nell’ottobre 2023, Jill è stata Global Head of Institutional Solutions di GAM Investments, dove ha co-diretto la funzione di distribuzione. Forte degli oltre 15 anni di attività nella gestione degli investimenti, in particolare nello sviluppo commerciale, nella gestione dei rapporti con i clienti e nelle relazioni con i consulenti, Jill crede fermamente in una cultura incentrata sul cliente. Jill ha inoltre ricoperto ruoli senior presso Jupiter Asset Management, Franklin Templeton Investments, Hermes Fund Management e Fidelity International e ha riportato risultati tangibili nella crescita del business.
Jill ha conseguito una laurea con lode in lingua francese presso l’Università di Canterbury, una Licence de Lettres Modernes presso l’Università di Grenoble e un Post Graduate Diploma in European Management presso la Royal Holloway, University of London.
