Fund overview
Objective: To grow your investment and provide an average annual net return greater than the MSCI® All Country World Index over a rolling 5-year period by investing in shares of global companies.
Investments: At least 80% of the Fund is invested in shares of global companies. “Global companies” means companies in any country across the globe, including in emerging markets. The Fund may also invest in other shares, other funds, cash and deposits. The Fund may use derivatives for efficient portfolio management or reducing risk.
Strategy: The Fund is actively managed, and the Investment Manager invests in a concentrated portfolio, with holdings of typically 20 to 40 global companies that are considered by the Investment Manager to be leaders in their markets, with valuations which are considered to be attractive, and are expected to grow their value over the long term. The Investment Manager will aim to invest in companies which have a varied range of successful products, and which are active in a variety of geographical markets.

Summary review
Equities recovered from early tariff-related volatility to end the month little changed in sterling terms. Emerging markets outperformed developed markets.

Concentration Risk
The Fund invests in a small portfolio of securities. Losses from a single investment may be more detrimental to the overall fund performance than if a larger number of investments were made.

Ongoing Charges
This Share Class integrates Economies of Scale discounts to the Fund Management Fee (“FMF”) which is a component of the Ongoing Charge Figure. Consequently, when a Fund reaches a certain size (a pre-defined “trigger point”) a discount will automatically apply to the FMF. However, at all other times the FMF will be charged at the rate as set out in the Fund's prospectus.
