Whistleblowing at Aviva Investors

Everyone connected to the Aviva Group has a responsibility to do the right thing to protect our customers, our assets, our reputation, and each other. This includes employees, contractors, outsourced providers, and anyone who may become aware of potential wrongdoing through their current or past work with Aviva.

Speaking up is a core part of putting our values into action. We want everyone to feel safe and supported to raise genuine concerns about risk, wrongdoing or misconduct, without fear of retaliation.

Speak Up is Aviva Group’s whistleblowing service. It provides confidential and, if preferred, anonymous ways to raise concerns about risks, malpractice, or wrongdoing that could affect others.

Speak Up Charter

The Speak Up service is operated by an independent third party on behalf of the Aviva Group. All concerns are assessed through a triage process by our Speak Up team, who determine the appropriate next steps.

We take all concerns seriously. You can be confident that if you speak up, you will be heard, treated fairly, and supported.
