Chloe Hall

Chloe leads investment activity across deep tech sectors, including artificial intelligence, quantum computing, advanced hardware and cybersecurity.

She focuses on originating, assessing and executing new investments, while supporting portfolio companies through scaling and growth. Chloe leads on fund strategy and research initiatives. 

Before joining Aviva Investors, Chloe was a Senior Investment Manager at Legal & General, where she led growth-stage investments in university spinouts, and at the British Business Bank, where she focused on deep tech investing and helped establish its direct investment capability. She has venture capital experience across sectors including artificial intelligence, quantum computing, semiconductors, healthtech and climate tech.

Chloe holds an MChem in Chemistry from the University of Oxford, is a VC Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering. She also earned the CFA designation in 2021.
