Main responsibilities

Craig is the Assistant Fund Manager for the Aviva Investors UK Commercial Real Estate Senior Debt Fund, working alongside the Fund Manager in managing our investors’ capital, assisting in loan underwriting of new transactions, with the end-to-end Fund operations and the Fund’s borrower relationship management.

Experience and qualifications

Craig joined Aviva Investors in 2009 and has been the Assistant Fund Manager on the Commercial Real Estate Debt Fund since March 2013. Prior to this he was the Finance Manager for several UK real estate property funds. Before joining Aviva Investors he worked for McAthurGlen as Financial Reporting Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of South Africa and is a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA).
